On July 19, 2023, OplaCRM, a specialized customer relationship management software solution for B2B, announced the signing of astrategic partnership with BowNow Japan, a marketing automation platform from Japan.

The strategic partnership between OplaCRM and BowNow aims to create a unified marketing and sales solution that seamlessly integrates the process of nurturing potential customers until the contract is signed. This approach is expected to reduce lead generation costs, increase the conversion rate of closing deals, and boost revenue.

Mr. Sugamiya, representing BowNow, shared during the signing ceremony: “In the future, we will jointly deploy the necessary technology tools for businesses. Specifically, BowNow will support the Marketing department, and OplaCRM will support the Sales department. Through this collaboration, we aim to contribute to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam.”

BowNow is a marketing automation platform from CloudCIRCUS, a technology company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, with approximately 300 employees at the company and 900 employees across the entire group. CloudCIRCUS is a subsidiary of Startia Holdings, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange under the stock code 3393.T, with a market capitalization of approximately $11 billion USD.

Since its establishment in 2009, the company has developed numerous marketing tools and currently offers 11 marketing automation tools. CloudCIRCUS focuses on simplicity and ease of use in its tool development, making some of its tools the most widely used in the Japanese market. OplaCRM is a specialized customer relationship management solution for B2B business models. Its optimal features contribute to a comprehensive 360-degree view of customer information, reduce reporting time, enhance work efficiency, and allow sales teams to focus on selling and building customer relationships.

Notably, it incorporates gamification into the software, thereby increasing business efficiency and improving the performance of sales teams. Opla believes that the combination of BowNow and OplaCRM will create new opportunities for both parties and provide the most complete and optimized technology solutions, empowering B2B enterprises in the market.
